He was a very Limited Edition Kris Bear, and is created in faceted Clear crystal, with Jet crystal eyes and nose, an unfaceted paint brush with accent in Sapphire crystal, and a printed picture on glass with a lacquered Eiffel Tower motif. Designed by Kieko Arai, the Painter’s Palette was released in 2005 and retired in 2006 as part of the “First Steps” theme group, and is created in Clear crystal with various Colored crystal trim for the paint, with Clear Frosted trim on the removable paint brush.
