From my collection, this is the crystal DRAGON ANNUAL EDITION piece. Created by Gabriele Stamey, it was introduced in 1997, retired in 1997. It’s 5-1/2 long and has the swan logo on the foot. The figurine is in excellent condition and comes in its original box with COA. Box has creases on one side w/ tiny tear near in front top left side facing (see pictures).
