1969 ideal Betty Big Girl Doll 32 Near Mint in Original Box. All original vintage Ideal Walking Doll. This is a fantastic “Betty Big Girl” from 1969, She comes in her original box and is in unplayed with condition. Her coloring is amazing – like new. Her incredibly shiny blonde hair is in original pigtails, tied with yellow yawn, with hard to find side part. Her eyes are crystal blue, sparkly and clear, nice lashes, and work fine. Her cheeks are rosy, her lips are perfect peachy pink and nice white teeth. The doll’s overall coloring is like new and she looks almost brand new! Her original outfit is in great condition, except for some minor flocking missing from the back of her brown shorts/skirt. This is shown in photo listing. The doll’s yellow blouse and vest is great, bright and clean, her paisley scarf is colorful and vibrant, she has her gold link chain around waist, underpants, and original brown shoes. Betty’s original box has some tape holding it shut and wear on the edges but is overall great with cool graphics! A wonderful vintage doll that is 50 years old! Almost impossible to find in this near mint condition, original clothes, and original box. A true collector’s item for dolls of this era! Please Note: Betty Big Girl comes with her original cover for battery compartment, which is clean and undamaged, however, there is some minor corrosion on the battery leads, and I tried a D battery, but I was unable to get her to talk. Betty does walk when you take her by the hands and move her towards you. Please examine photos carefully, as they are part of the description and shows her condition. Please feel free to ask for additional photos or ask questions. This item is in the category “Collectibles\Decorative Collectibles\Sculptures & Figurines”.
