19th Century Cobbler Jobson & Nell Hand Painted Staffordshire Figurines Antique 19th century pair of hand painted Staffordshire figurines depicting cobbler Jobson & his wife Nell. These have crazing typical of earthenware and wear to the gilding. Jobson has three post manufacture and two in manufacture chips to the base. Nell’s right arm has been broken off at the wrist and glued back on, and has two chips to the base. Jobson measures approximately 3 5/8 inches wide x 7 inches tall. Nell measures approximately 3 1/4 inches wide x 6 1/2 inches wide. These are antiques and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the pieces.
