The lady is seated, wearing a white crinoline-look ball gown with pink lace, and a white & gold fan in her right hand. A single yellow rose adorns a flounce on her skirt and she wears gold slippers. Er hair is a gray French coiffure with a yellow bow ribbon in back. Her eyes are blue and her lips, red. Gentleman courter stands and plays for her on the mandolin. He wears a green evening coat, white shirt & cravat, with black knee trousers, white hose and black shoes. He also has blue eyes & red lips. Pristine condition with no damage to lace, or porcelain. A couple of odd original paint marks such as above her right eye and on the back of his strumming hand. Did not try to rub off but it may be removeable.
