Original piece in near fine condition, Highly collectible. Damage to hat as shown in photos- a decent repair but I would suggest a small touch of black enamel on the hairline scar and it would be undetectable to the eye. Otherwise no chips or damage to any of his intricate details. They made delicate, unique handmade white clay pieces, with no 2 alike of everyday life & humorous scenes. He was especially skilled expressing positive emotions on his art pieces. Many of his works are now found in Museums and private art collections.
