I was gifted this statue back in the 1990′s. I feel terrible because much as I like it, it has just sat there for all this time withot me realising its heritage and value. They tell me it was made in the 1990′s, and is silver coated resin. The stamp on the base confirms it was made in Rome after 1970 and was created by Silversmith no. 30, digging a little further I have discovered his name! Apparently, the silversmith who had the mark 30 was a gentleman called Valentino Grandis Attilio.
